チンジャオロウスー

Tonight's dinner was Chinese style stir fried pork with bamboo shoots and green peppers (チンジャオロウスー). The salad was simply julienned Japanese mountain potato with Ponzu sauce. And of course, no Japanese meal is complete without steamed white rice and miso soup.
