Creamy Beef Stroganoff

Okay, so it kinda looks like puke but it tasted better than it looks...

1 pound beef
1 onion sliced
1 garlic clove
salt & pepper to taste
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup of water
1 tablespoon ketchup
1/2 cup cream cheese

1. In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2. Throw in the sliced onions & garlic and saute until golden.
3. Stir in cream of mushroom, cream cheese, & water.
4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

Unbelievably easy to make and goes well with rice or pasta!

I make this all the time at work but with tofu. I know it sounds crazy, tofu is actually pretty good made like this.

yep, looks can be deceiving--beef stroganoff is so delicious! i love it with sour cream instead of ketchup and cream cheese, but i'm willing to give your version a try! :)
