Am I the only one around here that didn't know about puff pastry? I am I the only one that found out about this flaky, crispy dough that you just pick up in the freezer section of any grocery store just last week? I've never been a baker, but I think I can pull it off with pre-made crust! Yea... it's cheating, I know. But it turns out so good every single time! My family is starting to get sick of me over feeding them because I've been over zealous with my new found love of food blogging. But I wanted to use up some of that puff pastry so I made a pear and creme tart with cinnamon. Soooooooooo good! I also made 1 pastry puff cup (yea, just one) with spinach, bacon, and cheese. I find myself looking for any excuse to make something and post it on my silly wannabe foodblogger site. I'm officially hooked.
